Using the app

You may use URMYMVP for your own personal enjoyment on any device you own or control. You may not resell it, charge others for access to it, or pull it apart and ship it as your own app.

What it costs

Nothing. URMYMVP is free to download and free to use. There is no subscription, no in app purchase, and no paid tier hiding behind anything. If that ever changes, these terms will be updated first and the price will be shown clearly before you are asked for anything.

It is a comedy app

Mini is a fictional character. He says nice things about you constantly and with total confidence, and he cites research that he has invented. Nothing he says is medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and none of it should be relied on as fact. He is enthusiasm with a moustache.

Your content

The only thing you give the app is a name, and it stays on your device. We never receive it, so we make no claim to it and have nothing to store, share, or sell. See the privacy policy for the detail.

Availability

The app runs entirely on your device, so it keeps working with no connection and does not depend on a service we have to keep online. We may still update it, change how it behaves, or stop offering it.

No warranty

URMYMVP is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, SVLTMK LLC is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.

Apple

Apple is not a party to these terms and has no responsibility for the app. If you install URMYMVP through the App Store, Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement also applies, and where these terms are more generous to you, these terms govern.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
