In short. URMYMVP keeps everything on your phone. SVLTMK LLC gets nothing from it. There is no account, no analytics, no advertising, and no server for the app to talk to.
What he remembers, and where
So that Mini knows you tomorrow, the app writes a few things down on your phone:
- the name you give him, and the name he takes after you
- the day he hatched, how many days in a row you have come back, and the last day you did
- which Season One episode is next, and which compliments he has already used, so tomorrow sounds new
- your settings: voice, calm motion, buzz, Season One notices, and whether a shake may wake him
In the iPhone app a second copy of the same list sits in storage that only the app can use, on your phone, so an iOS cleanup never makes him forget you. Neither copy is sent to us or backed up by us. We have nowhere to put it.
His voice
Every word he says is a recording that ships inside the app. The app never uses the microphone and never listens to you.
Shaking the phone
When the narrator asks you to shake the phone to wake him, the app reads the phone's motion for that moment to notice the shake. The reading is used right there and then dropped. It is never saved and never sent.
Season One notices
After Episode 1 the app asks, once, whether Season One may send notices. Only if you say yes does your phone schedule them, on your phone: at most one a day, only on a day an episode is waiting, and never with your name in them. Turn them off any time in the app's menu or in your phone's Settings.
Sharing him
When you tap share, your phone's share sheet opens and you pick where his card or his certificate goes. The picture and its short line go only where you send them, never to us. If you choose Save Image, your phone asks first whether the app may add pictures to your Photos. It cannot see what is already in your Photos.
On the web
The show has a web version, but it is not public yet. The web version's "Send an egg" link opens URMYMVP's page on this website, and it puts the two first names after the # sign in the link, a part that browsers never send to any server. Gift links made before 26 September 2026 carried the two names in the main part of the address (after ?egg=), which a web server can log for a short time.
Children
URMYMVP has no chat and no way to message anyone inside the app, nothing to buy and no data collection, for anyone of any age.
Your choices
Start over in the app's menu clears what he remembers about you (your settings stay). Deleting the app deletes all of it. You never made an account, so there is none to close.

If a later version needs the network for anything, this page changes first, and says so in plain words, before that version ships.
