Using the app

You may play Lullabrawl on any device you own or control. You may not resell it or ship it as your own game.

What it costs

Lullabrawl is free to download and free to play, and it shows ads. In this version there is nothing to buy. A one time Remove Ads purchase at $3.99 is coming in an update, billed once through your Apple ID when it arrives. There is no subscription and no loot box.

Apple, not SVLTMK, handles any refund for something bought through the App Store. Ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Made for bedtime

Lullabrawl is a bedtime game with no chat and no player to player contact, so there is no way for a stranger to reach you through it. It shows ads from Google. It is rated 9+ and is not in the App Store's Kids Category. A Remove Ads purchase is coming in an update and will take the ads out entirely. It is a story about facing what scares you, and it ends calm on purpose.

Your content

Everything the game remembers, from your nights and stars to your settings, stays on your own iPhone or iPad. Lullabrawl has no accounts, and deleting the game erases the whole dream at once. The privacy policy sets out what the game and its ads send, and who keeps it.

Availability

We may update Lullabrawl, change how it behaves, or stop offering it. For Lullabrawl, we will not take away something you have already paid for without telling you.

No warranty

Lullabrawl is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, SVLTMK LLC is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of Lullabrawl.

Apple

Apple is not a party to these terms and has no responsibility for Lullabrawl. If you install Lullabrawl through the App Store, Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement also applies, and where these terms are more generous to you, these terms govern.

Governing law

These Lullabrawl terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
