The short version. Lullabrawl is a game made by SVLTMK LLC. It is free to play and it shows ads. There is no subscription, and in this version there is nothing to buy inside it.
Using the app
You may play Lullabrawl on any device you own or control, and with the children in your household. You may not resell it or ship it as your own game.
What it costs
Lullabrawl is free to download and free to play, and it shows ads. In this version there is nothing to buy. A one time Remove Ads purchase at $3.99 is coming in an update, billed once through your Apple ID when it arrives. There is no subscription and no loot box.
If you get a new phone, restoring your purchase on any device signed in to the same Apple ID brings the game back at no extra cost. Family Sharing works the way Apple sets it up.
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Made for children, and for the adult beside them
Lullabrawl is a bedtime game with no chat and no player to player contact, so there is no way for a stranger to reach your child through it. It does show ads from Google, which is why it is rated 9 and up and is not in the App Store's Kids Category. A Remove Ads purchase is coming in an update and will take the ads out entirely. It is a story about facing what scares you, and it ends calm on purpose.
Your content
Your progress is saved on your own device. There is no account to close, and deleting the game removes everything at once. See the privacy policy for the detail.
Availability
We may update the app, change how it behaves, or stop offering it. We will not take away something you have already paid for without telling you.
No warranty
Lullabrawl is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, SVLTMK LLC is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.
Apple
Apple is not a party to these terms and has no responsibility for the app. If you install Lullabrawl through the App Store, Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement also applies, and where these terms are more generous to you, these terms govern.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
