What Kai is

Kai is an AI coach that helps you notice and improve the physical spaces you live and work in. Kai's suggestions are general guidance, not professional, medical, safety, legal, or financial advice. Use your own judgment, and for anything that carries real risk, consult a qualified professional. You are responsible for any changes you make to your space.

Your content

The photos, notes, and voice you create stay yours. You give SVLTMK LLC only the permission needed to run the service: to store your content on your device and in your private cloud space, and to send photos and messages to our servers and AI model providers so Kai can respond. Your content is never used to train AI models and is never sold. The privacy policy has the full detail.

Fair use

Please use LeanKai for your own personal coaching. Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer, or abuse the service, and do not use it to send unlawful or harmful content. We may limit or end access that abuses the service.

Kai Pro subscription

LeanKai is free to start. Kai Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription, offered as a monthly or yearly plan, that removes the monthly free-tier limits on photos, chats, and voice. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel the subscription any time in your device Settings under your name, then Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Age

LeanKai is for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13.

No warranty, limited liability

LeanKai is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, SVLTMK LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms. The new version will be posted here with an updated date, and material changes will be called out inside the app.
