The short version. SunlitKin is a private space for families and close friend groups. Use it to share life with the people you love. Be kind to everyone in your circles. Do not share content that breaks the law or hurts a real person.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create a SunlitKin account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe. If you suspect someone has accessed your account, change your password immediately.

Content you share

You own the photos, videos, and text you share on SunlitKin. By posting, you give us the limited permission we need to store and display your content to the members of the circles you posted in. We do not use your content for anything else.

What we will remove

We will remove content that breaks the law, that depicts the sexual exploitation of a child, that threatens or harasses someone, or that includes someone's private personal information without their consent.

Paid plans

SunlitKin is free to use today. If we add a paid plan later, it will be charged through the App Store, you will be able to cancel anytime from your Apple ID settings, and refunds will follow Apple's standard policy. Nothing you have already shared will ever sit behind a paywall.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these terms, after a warning where reasonable.

No warranty, limited liability

SunlitKin is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it running and your data safe, but we cannot promise a service with zero outages or data loss. To the fullest extent the law allows, SVLTMK LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of SunlitKin.
