Privacy Policy

Everything you share on SunlitKin stays inside your private circles. There is no public feed, no follower graph, and no algorithm that surfaces your content to strangers. We do not sell your data and we do not show ads.

What we collect

We collect the minimum we need to make SunlitKin work. That means your email and password for your account, your profile name and optional avatar, the circles you create or join, and the posts, photos, comments, and reactions you share inside those circles.

We also store some operational data your device sends, like push notification tokens and basic crash logs, so we can keep SunlitKin healthy.

Who can see your stuff

Posts, photos, comments, and reactions you share inside a circle are visible only to the active members of that circle. Nobody outside the circle can see them. Your profile name and avatar are visible to anyone who shares at least one circle with you.

What we never do

We do not sell your data. We do not show ads. We do not use your content to train recommendation models. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing.

Third-party services we use

Supabase hosts the database, authentication, and file storage that power SunlitKin. Apple's APNs and Google's FCM deliver push notifications. These providers see only what they need to do their job.

Contacts stay on your phone

If you choose to pick a few contacts to celebrate birthdays, that list is read on your device and stored only there. We never upload your contacts and we never message anyone on your behalf.

Your rights

You can delete your account at any time from the Profile tab, which removes all of your content from SunlitKin within 30 days. Want a copy of what you have shared? Email us and we will send your data to your account email within 30 days.

Children

SunlitKin accounts require you to be at least 13 years old.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated date, and material changes will be called out inside the app.
