Common questions

What does a read tell me?
Where your look books work on camera, from commercial to editorial, what already works, a short plan for your photos, grooming and skin, and a shot list for your next shoot. It also carries a small studio score, read within your lane, and a note and a score for each feature. A read is informational, never a judgment of your worth.

Where do my photos go?
Only after you allow it on the "Before your first scan" sheet, your three photos go through our server to Anthropic, the AI company that writes the read. Our server keeps no copy. The shoot-day routine sends your four quiz answers, and your latest scan photo only if you choose that. To stop either, tap Turn off sharing in Profile, and the next scan or routine asks again before anything is sent. Full detail is in the Privacy Policy.

How do I delete a read, or everything?
Tap Delete this scan at the bottom of a read. It removes the read and the app's copy of the photo from your phone. Or tap Delete all scans in Profile. It removes every saved photo, read, plan progress and your shoot-day routine from your phone. Our server keeps no copy. Anthropic deletes its copy within 30 days, unless its safety review flags it. Deleting cannot be undone.

Does anything cost money?
No. This version is free, with nothing to buy and nothing that renews.

When a read seems inaccurate

To get a ModelIQPro read sorted out fast, tell us three things:

• Where you were in the app, and what you tapped
• What you expected to happen, and what happened instead
• A screenshot of what you saw, if you have one
