Your photo is sensitive. ModelIQ Pro treats it as biometric data and handles it with care. Your photo is used only to create your report, it is never stored on our servers, and your saved reports live only on your device.

How your photo is used

To create your report, your photo is sent securely to our AI analysis provider and used only to generate that report. We do not keep your photo on our own servers, and your saved reports live only on your device.

What we collect

The photos you choose to scan, processed transiently to produce your report. Your scan history, labels, and plan progress are stored on your device, not on our servers. We do not run analytics trackers or advertising identifiers.

Third-party services we use

An AI analysis provider processes your photo solely to generate your report and does not retain it. Our secure app infrastructure routes that request and enforces usage limits. These providers see only what they need to do their job.

Deleting your data

You stay in control. Delete a single scan from the bottom of its report, or remove every saved scan at once from Profile. Deletion is immediate and permanent, because the data only ever lived on your device.

What we never do

We never sell your photos or your data, and we never share them for advertising. We do not use your photos to train models.

Who can use ModelIQ Pro

ModelIQ Pro is for adults. You must be 18 or older to use it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated date, and material changes will be called out inside the app.
