Using the app

You may use LilyOna for your own wellbeing on any device you own or control. You may not resell it or ship it as your own app.

What it costs

Nothing. LilyOna is free to download and free to use. There are no ads and no in app purchases. If a paid feature is ever added, these terms will be updated first and the price will be shown clearly before you are asked for anything.

Not medical care

LilyOna is a calming tool, not a medical device, and she is not therapy, diagnosis, or treatment. She does not assess your condition and she cannot tell when something is serious.

If you are struggling badly, please talk to a doctor or a qualified professional. In the United States you can call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, any time. If you are in immediate danger, call your local emergency number.

Your content

What you do with her stays on your device. There is no account to close and nothing held on a server, so deleting the app removes everything at once. See the privacy policy for the detail.

Availability

We may update the app, change how it behaves, or stop offering it. We will not take away something you have already paid for without telling you.

No warranty

LilyOna is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, SVLTMK LLC is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.

Apple

Apple is not a party to these terms and has no responsibility for the app. If you install LilyOna through the App Store, Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement also applies, and where these terms are more generous to you, these terms govern.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
