Using the app

You may play LeanQuest for your own learning on any device you own or control. You may not resell it, charge others for access to it, or ship it as your own game. Using it to train your team inside your own company is fine and is the point.

What it costs

Nothing. LeanQuest is free to download and free to play. There are no ads, no in app purchases, and no paid tier. If that ever changes, these terms will be updated first and the price will be shown clearly before you are asked for anything.

It is a game, not a certification

LeanQuest teaches real Lean thinking through missions, but finishing it is not a professional qualification and it does not certify you in anything. What you do with the ideas in your own workplace is your call and your responsibility.

Your content

Your progress is saved on your own device, so it does not follow you to another phone and we cannot restore it for you. That is the trade for sending nothing anywhere. Clearing this site's data in your browser, or deleting the app, erases every save. See the privacy policy for the detail.

Availability

We may update the app, change how it behaves, or stop offering it. We will not take away something you have already paid for without telling you.

No warranty

LeanQuest is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, SVLTMK LLC is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.

Apple

Apple is not a party to these terms and has no responsibility for the app. If you install LeanQuest through the App Store, Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement also applies, and where these terms are more generous to you, these terms govern.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
