The one address for everything:
A fixed four week dumbbell strength program. Every day of the block is already written, so you never build a workout or wonder what comes next. You open the app, you see today, and you lift. Rest days are part of the program too, and the app says so instead of showing you an empty screen.
Press and hold the set's row. Gold floods the numbers, and when it reaches the end you lift your finger to commit. Lift early and it rewinds, and nothing is logged. Hold a carved set again to release it. Holding instead of tapping is deliberate, because a sweaty thumb between sets cannot fire it by accident.
Every exercise carries a small figure next to its name. Tap it and a panel slides up showing the start and the finish position side by side, with three short cues. All 93 movements in the block have one, so you are never left guessing.
Yes. The program, your log, and every screen work with no signal. The animated movement clips arrive the first time you open each movement and are kept from then on, and if you open a new one in a dead zone you get the carved still and the cues instead. Your training itself never needs a connection.
On your device, in the app's own storage, and nowhere else. There is no account, no cloud, and no copy on our side. The privacy policy is short and says exactly this.
Open Guide and use Export your log. The app writes one file holding every set you have ever carved, and hands it to you to keep. Put it somewhere safe. Do this before switching phones, because we hold no copy and cannot restore one for you.
Export on the old phone first. Move the file across however you normally move files. On the new phone, open Guide and use Restore, then pick that file. Your whole log comes back exactly as it was.
If you have an export file, Restore brings everything back. If you do not, the log is gone, and we are sorry. Your training lived only on your device, so there is nothing on our side to recover from. Export regularly, the same way you would back up anything that matters.
It is free. There is nothing to buy inside it, no subscription, and no ads.
It is on the way. The app page has a waitlist that sends one email, once, on the day it goes live.
Tell us what device you are on and what happened just before it went wrong. A screenshot helps more than anything else. We read every message that comes to info@svltmk.com and answer as quickly as we can.
