Four weeks. Two dumbbells.
Carved in stone.
Bred for War is a Spartan strength program you run from your home screen. Every session is already written. You show up, you lift, and you press each finished set into the stone until gold floods the numbers. The Greeks carved what a man achieved. So will you.
Free. No account, nothing to buy, and your training log never leaves your phone.
Hold it to carve it
You do not tap a checkbox to finish a set. You press and hold the row, gold floods the numbers, and lifting your finger commits it. Lift early and it rewinds, costing you nothing. A sweaty thumb between sets cannot trigger it by accident, and a deliberate hold is a promise kept.
The weight remembers
Dial a weight once and every later set of that exercise inherits it. Next week it still remembers where you left off. Sets you have already carved are frozen history and are never rewritten by a change you make later. The stone does not lie about what you lifted.
Every movement, shown
All 93 exercises in the block carry a small figure next to their name. Tap it and a panel slides up showing the start and the finish position side by side, cut like a relief, with three short cues that fix the form. You are never left guessing what a movement is.
Built for a dead zone
The program lives on your phone. It opens instantly and works with no signal, and your log never needs a connection. A basement gym is exactly the room it was built for. Eight tracked lifts fill a scoreboard week over week from nothing but what you carve.

Yours, on your phone
Bred for War has no account and no analytics. Every set you carve lives in your phone's own storage and is never sent anywhere. Backup is a file the app writes for you and you keep yourself. We never see your training, and there is no training data on our side to breach, because it never leaves your device. The full policy is at svltmk.com/bredforwar/privacy, and it is short.
On a desktop? Point your phone camera here and this page follows you to your phone, which is where the app will live the day it lands.
Be first to know
The App Store version is on its way. Leave your email and we will send you one message, once, on the day it goes live. That is the only reason we would ever write to you.
