Subscriptions and billing

Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple. You can manage or cancel a subscription any time in your device settings under your Apple ID, or request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something looks wrong with your account, email us and we will help you sort it out.

Classification questions

ImportHelm gives you a strong starting point, not a legal ruling. Final HTS classification is always determined by U.S. Customs and Border Protection at entry. For binding decisions, work with your licensed customs broker.
