The short version. LuvInspire is a free app made by SVLTMK LLC. There is no account, no subscription, and no advertising. Ever.
Using the app
You may use LuvInspire for your own encouragement on any device you own or control. The messages are there to be shared with people you care about. You may not scrape the collection and republish it as your own product.
What it costs
Nothing. LuvInspire is free to download and free to use, with no ads and no subscription.
A voluntary tip jar may be offered in a later version so that anyone who wants to support the app can. It would be billed once through your Apple ID, it would unlock nothing, and skipping it would cost you nothing and hide nothing. Every message stays free either way.
Kind words, not counselling
LuvInspire hands you a written message once a day. It is encouragement, not therapy, medical advice, or professional guidance of any kind. If you are having a hard time, please reach out to a doctor or a qualified professional. In the United States you can call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, any time.
Your content
Your favourites, your streak, and your settings are saved on your own device and nowhere else. There is no account to close, and deleting the app removes all of it at once. See the privacy policy for the detail.
Availability
We may update the app, change how it behaves, or stop offering it. We will not take away something you have already paid for without telling you.
No warranty
LuvInspire is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, SVLTMK LLC is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.
Apple
Apple is not a party to these terms and has no responsibility for the app. If you install LuvInspire through the App Store, Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement also applies, and where these terms are more generous to you, these terms govern.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
