Common questions

Do I need an account? Yes. Earn100K keeps your resume, your career details and everything it writes for you, so it needs an account to keep that work tied to you and private.

What does Pro cost? Pro is a one time unlock, not a subscription. Nothing renews and nothing bills you again. The free part of the app scores how hireable you look and shows you a preview of each tool, so you can see exactly what you would be buying before you buy it.

I paid, but a new phone says I have not. Open the Pro screen and tap Restore. Apple keeps the record of your purchase against your Apple ID, so restoring it on any device signed in to that Apple ID brings Pro back at no extra cost.

Where do my resume and my details go? They are stored in your private account and sent to the AI provider only at the moment you ask for something to be written. They are never used to train AI models and never sold. The detail is in the privacy policy.

How do I delete everything? Open Settings in the app and tap Delete account. That removes your account and the work stored against it. You do not need to email anyone first.

Why did it tell me to come back later? There is a daily cap on AI generations and on job match refreshes. It exists so one account cannot run up unlimited cost. It resets on its own.

Purchases and refunds

Pro is billed once through your Apple ID. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something went wrong on our side, write to us anyway and we will help you sort it out.
